Uvongo Chalets 27 is a tastefully furnished self-catering, seafront 6 sleeper apartment, located in the popular holiday town of Uvongo on the South Coast of KwaZulu Natal. Situated on Lilliecrona Boulevard a popular walking and jogging road that runs along the Uvongo sea front. You can walk from Uvongo Chalets 27 to Uvongo Beach to your left or to Lucien Beach to your right.

The upmarket, 3 bedroom apartment is open plan and equipped with a 5KVA solar installation that ensures you are not affected by load shedding (Please do not use the geyser and stove/oven during load shedding), and there is a filtered drinking water dispenser in the kitchen.

Walk to the seafront from this beautiful holiday home which has Fibre internet with WiFi and supplies DSTV compact and NETFLIX on the SMART TV.

It is a first floor holiday home that sleeps a maximum of 6, including children. There is a lovely sea view from the living area and the patio which is equipped with a built in gas braai and a large wooden patio set.

The seaside complex is secure with electric fencing and the apartment has its own alarm system. To enhance security Uvongo Chalets 27 has three security cameras installed on the property. All three cameras record audio and video as well as live streaming.

  1. Outside the unit entrance leading to the front door.
  2. Outside the balcony looking down on the garages.
  3. Outside covering the main complex entry exit gate.

All three cameras are outside the unit and as such have no impact on Tenant privacy.

There is a swimming pool and two lock up garages to park your vehicles in.

The main bedroom of this seafront 6 sleeper in Uvongo has a queen sized bed, a small patio with a sea view and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and loo. The second bedroom has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and loo as well as sliding doors onto the patio.

Walk to the seafront which is directly in front of the apartments and along Lilliecrona Boulevard which has many fishing spots and is popular with local and holiday makers alike.

There are many activities and things to do in and around Uvongo to keep the whole family entertained, such as: Kart Freaks, The Waffle House, Butterfly Valley – Butterfly Farm, Riverbend Crocodile farm, Selsdon Park Estate Horse and Pony Rides, Uvongo Rotary Market,  Mac Bananas Estate, Beaver creek coffee estate, Mpenjati Nature Reserve , Wild Waves Water Park, Wild Coast Sun Casino, Pure Venom Reptile Park and Lake Eland Game Reserve to mention a few.
