1. List Your Place

We will write up your listing and optimize it on the www.happyholidays.co.za website, to secure you the right guests at the right seasonal rate. The  up-to-date smart phone friendly website offers potential guests the opportunity to view the accommodation available as well book the accommodation or inquire directly from the website. Our links and keywords on the Internet ensure that searches for self-catering accommodation on the “KwaZulu Natal Coast”, offers our website maximum hits and inquiries.

2. Welcome Your Guests

You will receive a notification when a guest inquires and books your listing. This provides you with sufficient time to ensure the property is clean and ready for your guest to arrive.  In order for guests to book accommodation, they are required to supply identification information, including their full name, phone number, email address, and payment information to Happy Holiday Homes. We, with your cooperation supply the guests with all the information they need to make an informed choice of accommodation resulting in happy guests, great rating and repeat visits.

3. Earn Money

We will manage the pricing and availability calendar on the website and on our Happy Holiday Homes booking system (If required) to ensure you maximize your bookings and avoid duplicate bookings over the same periods during the year.

We are Property Practitioners, registered with “The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)”. Listing Management

Should you not be able to supply your own photographs, we will engage a photographer on your behalf to capture the property so your guests can see all your wonderful property has to offer.

Booking System

Happy Holiday Homes will manage all payments received from the guests and ensure full payment is in our trust account before any guests arrive. We will provide you with monthly statements reflecting your income and expenditure as is required by our regulatory body “The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)”.
