Welcome to Frant@C, a lovely five-bedroom, four-bathroom self-catering holiday house located in the heart of Ramsgate. This expansive 10-sleeper holiday home is ideally positioned just 50 meters from the beautiful Ramsgate Beach, making it the perfect coastal getaway for families, friends, or groups.

Pet Friendly

Should you wish to holiday with your pet, this property is pet-friendly and may allow you to bring your fur baby along; however, this is subject to approval by the property owner. (A pet deposit is required. Please remember to bring your own bedding, blankets, food, and water bowls for your fur baby.

Downstairs Amenities

This double-story, South Coast holiday house features two separate bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a private entrance, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The downstairs living area includes a spacious lounge with a Smart TV and WIFI (Please remember to bring your LOGIN details to use the TV apps such as NETFLIX, Prime, Showmax etc). There is a gas cooker and a separate loo, which opens onto a refreshing splash pool and a cozy braai area with a charcoal and gas braai—ideal for relaxation and entertainment.

Upstairs Amenities

The upstairs level of Frant@C offers a cozy lounge area that includes a spacious lounge with a Smart TV and WIFI (Please remember to bring your LOGIN details to use the TV apps such as NETFLIX, Prime, Showmax etc), A kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, and washing machine downstairs. Three more bedrooms are located upstairs, each with a double bed. These rooms have sliding doors leading to a balustrade (with patios to be added later), offering a glimpse of the sea, enhancing the coastal atmosphere. Two of the bedrooms have ceiling fans fitted.

Television:  There is a Smart TV upstairs and in the downstairs living area connected with WIFI. (Bring your LOGIN details to use the TV apps.

Braai: There is a charcoal and a gas braai on the patio near the pool

Ceiling fans: In four of the bedrooms.

Appliances: Dishwasher/Washing machine/Microwave/One fridge in the upstairs kitchen, and there are bar fridges in each of the downstairs bedrooms and the downstairs living area.

Swimming pool: There is a small splash pool off of the downstairs living area.

Sea view: There is a small sea view from upstairs, the beach is only meters away.

Parking:  A double lock-up garage – only room for two cars.

Back-up water tanks: The house has its own water supply. It is recommended you supply your own drinking water when visiting the South Coast.

When making a booking, you agree to strictly adhere to the occupancy limit of no more than 10 people, including children, on the property at any time. If this limit is exceeded, your breakage deposit will be forfeited, and the property owner will require all guests to vacate the premises immediately. In such cases, all payments made for the booking will be non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued. Please note that, no visitors are allowed on the property during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in respecting these terms.
